The WSJ has an interesting article on the rise in demand for MBAs and rise in enrollment to MBA programs. This is always an interesting issue in leadership, because it begs the question: Is leadership learned in the classroom or in the field?
Perhaps the answer we are getting in the rising trend (once again) of enrollment in degree programs is that it’s a little of both. At least, from the perspective of the hiring companies, it’s a little of both.
