How to Overcome Imposter Syndrome

  1. Interrupt: whenever you start second-guessing yourself, stop and interrupt yourself from those negative thoughts.
  2. Accept: accept the current situation for what it is.
  3. Redirect: Instead of second-guessing yourself, accept that you are in charge and redirect your questions and thoughts to ask yourself: “How best to overcome the current challenge?”
