Should you still use the Myers-Briggs test?

I’m not a big fan of the Myers-Briggs test. I know it’s traditionally been a popular one used by HR professionals and recruiters but I found few other tests that are more accurate and more telling of a potential candidate.

My thought is always to question the status quo, just because it’s a popular test used, should it still be used?

Here’s a look at whether the Myers-Briggs should still be used.
