If you haven’t, here are the vitals: Spotify apparently is known to give very small royalties for artists’ music. Swift had her entire catalogue on the music giant’s web servers. She pulled it all. Then she went to social media and voiced her concerns.

That’s what you need to know. All the vitals? No. That Taylor went to social media…she, more than anyone else right now, has a stronghold in social media. When she speaks, posts, tweets, vines, you name it…people listen.

Now Spotify finds themselves reeling and in need of a little PR wizardry.
