The REAL reason managers aren’t thriving in a hybrid world

Many companies are starting to mandate and force a return-to-office policy for those who are working from home (remote). While there ARE some jobs that are NOT conducive to remote work, many are and the global pandemic demonstrated that it is possible for workers and companies to thrive in such a hybrid environment.

But, it looks like many managers are still feeling uneasy with a hybrid work environment and one of the biggest reasons is they’re still stuck on old and traditional key performance indicators (KPI’s) for workers.

It’s time for leaders to start re-evaluating the KPI’s they use for measuring work performance.

AI IN BUSINESS

Google’s ChatGPT competitor, Gemini (formerly Bard) has gained traction with users preferring Google’s offering over the incumbent ChatGPT which has seen lower satisfaction with it’s AI-responses lately.

As with everything generative-AI, the output the AI-chatbots deliver still needs to be verified by humans.

And Google’s Gemini even wants you to do that:
