As many white-collar workers are still working remotely and some companies permanently allowing a work-from-home option, compensation & salary is now under debate.
As we’ve learned already, traditional HR methods aren’t going to work in a remote work environment.
Traditionally, pay was largely affected by geographic location, but now, the focus on job outcomes may become a larger factor (and it should) when it comes to salary.
Will be interesting to see how this plays out and how companies adapt to this new environment.
